TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing to purchase your product from Western Manchester. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.


In addition to your Consumer Guarantee rights, some manufacturers may provide a separate product warranty. Please refer to the warranty card accompanying your product for details. Should there be a concern with your product, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly in the first instance as they can generally troubleshoot most issues immediately, or alternatively you may contact Western Manchester.   


Please ensure you read the below terms as they will apply to all Customer Order deliveries.  


Payment

Full payment for products must be made at the time of purchase or, if agreed by Western Manchester, a deposit may be paid with the remaining payment made prior to delivery being arranged. Payment at the time of delivery is not available.


Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered. You must ensure that you have provided the correct delivery address and access details are provided to us, eg. Restricted access including stairs access only, parking etc. You or a person over the age of 18 must be available to accept delivery on the agreed date. You must notify Western Manchester immediately and provide reasonable notice if you are unable to accept delivery. Where reasonable notice has not been provided or you are not available for delivery, you will incur an additional delivery will apply.

Where the delivery address is an office address, shared house or apartment, you must be available to accept delivery. You agree that Western Manchester may deliver to an individual (over the age of 18) at the delivery address and will be able to rely on that individuals instructions as if they are your own.

Storage

You must collect or take delivery of the products within 14 days from the day that we notify you that they are available. If you fail to do so, Western Manchester may charge a storage fee to cover any reasonable costs incurred by Western Manchester.


Returns and Cancellation

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or return your order, you may request a refund provided that 

  • delivery to you has not taken place; and
  • custom made goods have not commenced; and
  • delivery to Western Manchester from the supplier for the ordered goods has not occurred  


Where delivery has taken place, change of mind returns of electrical, furniture, custom made goods or goods that have a defect which were made known to you prior to purchase will not be accepted. Your Consumer Guarantee rights are not impacted by this requirement.
